BOOKING CONDITIONS

The prices include VAT and beach service (1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds per room), entertainment, parking place and 1 liter water per room at meals.
All other drinks are not included. Pets are not allowed.
 Tourist tax, which could be introduced by local authorities for 2012, is not included in the price.
Beach service available from 15/05.
Entertainment form 26/05 to 08/09.
Garage parking available on request at € 4,00 per day.
40% discount on Green fee for adults  by the nearby Golf Club “Prà delle Torri” and bicycles at free disposal .
 
The booking is valid only after the down payment of € 200,00 per room and on receipt of a written confirmation.
On the booking please specify the date of arrival and the date of departure.
The deposit is not refundable but can be used for another period in the same season.

The rooms are available on arrival from 12.00 am and until 10.00 am on the day of departure
In case of late arrival or early departure, the guest will be charged the amount of max 3 nights stay in bed and breakfast.

BREAKFAST from 8.00 to 10.00 am
LUNCH from 12.30 am to 1.30 pm
DINNER from 7.00 pm  to 8.30 pm
